TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GRAND ENSUITE HIRE PTY LTD
By placing a booking with Grand Ensuite Hire, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
HIRE INCLUSIONS
We supply a portable ensuite unit, delivered and fully connected where site conditions allow. Hire includes standard setup and testing to ensure the unit is operating at the time of delivery.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received (as advised at the time of booking). All remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 7 days before delivery may receive a refund, less any fees already incurred. Cancellations within 7 days may be non-refundable, depending on circumstances and availability to rebook the unit.
DELIVERY AND SETUP
We will deliver and position the ensuite as safely and practically as possible. The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable site access, level ground, and connection points. Setup and connection are completed where site conditions allow. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or delivery requires extra time or equipment.
POWER, WATER AND WASTE
The ensuite requires a 10A power supply, mains water, and direct sewer or septic connection. If connections cannot be completed due to unsuitable site conditions or unavailable services, hire fees still apply.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Units are delivered clean and ready to use. Customers must keep the ensuite in a reasonable condition. Optional cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Excessive cleaning charges may apply if the unit is returned in poor condition.
DAMAGE AND MISUSE
The customer is responsible for the unit while on hire. Any loss, damage, vandalism, or misuse may incur repair or replacement costs. The unit must not be moved, modified, or tampered with.
BREAKDOWNS AND ISSUES
If a fault occurs, please contact us immediately. We will attend as soon as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
END OF HIRE AND COLLECTION
We will arrange collection at the end of the hire period. The customer must ensure access remains clear for pickup.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Ensuite Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the unit. Customers are responsible for ensuring the ensuite is used safely and appropriately.
PRIVACY
We collect personal information only for booking, delivery, and service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
